Recipe from Ricki's Kitchen: Pomegranate,
Orange, Papaya and Kiwi Green Salad Dressing: 1-1/2 tsp. white wine
vinegar Salad: 6 cups mixed baby
greens Make dressing: Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; whisk in oil. Assemble salad: Toss greens with 2 tablespoons of dressing and arrange on a serving platter. Alternate orange, papaya and kiwi sliced over greens. Drizzle with remaining dressing and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Makes 6 servings.
