We use organic, natural ingredients, with no trans- or hydrogenated fats, no wheat, no eggs, no dairy, no added refined sugar*, and no additives or preservatives.

* We use dates, agave syrup, maple syrup, honey, blackstrap molasses, brown rice syrup, and Sucanat to sweeten our products. A few products include chocolate chips, which contain sugar. These may be omitted by request.
